An account is required to buy models?
Yes. In order to purchase and download our 3D models is required a free account registration. You can do it from here.
How to purchase as a company?
When purchasing models as a company, please fill the Company name and VAT number in your checkout page. The entered information will be saved for your future purchases and invoices will be generated accordingly.
I can use download link of 3D model anytime to download the file?
Sure. You can download at no additional charge any previously purchase and downloaded 3D models directly from the dashboard accound – Download tab.
Where’s the file of the model(s) I have just purchased?
You can download your purchased models at the Downloads page. Please, note that when you log in the system will automatically allow you a direct download using the Download button available for all the models you have purchased.
Is there a time limit for downloading a file that i purchase?
No. All successfully purchased models are permanently stored in your Downloads page and will be available for unlimited number of downloads/re-downloads
The 3d software I use does not support any of the file formats you offer. What should I do?
You can use the Request button in the “Available 3d file formats” table on each product’s page to send us a custom file format request. Here’s how it’s done:
In case you need a model in another file format which is not available you can use the Request button.
We do not charge additional fees for file conversions, but please, note that some 3d file formats might not be availabe for a particular model.
How can I download again a 3d model that I have downloaded before?
You can download at no additional charge any previously downloaded models directly by clicking on the Download model icon or the Download model button which are available for all successfully purchased models. Additionally you can download again your models from the Downloads page in the Account management section where all your successfully purchased models and all past downloads are logged.
What are my payment options?
You can make a payment using Visa/MasterCard credit/debit card directly on Zenpolygon via Stripe or you can choose the PayPal payment option.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card to make an order on Zenpolygon?
It is absolutely safe to use your credit/debit card. Zenpolygon use the PayPal and Stripe services to process all payments in the safest way. We never store on file your credit/debit card details. All transactions are processed in real time using secure 128 bit Geotrust SSL certificate.
Will I get an invoice/receipt for my purchase?
Yes. You can download/print the invoice for your payment(s) from the Orders page where all orders details are stored.
What if I have forgotten my password or log-in name?
If you have forgotten your password, just click on the “Log in” link and then fill in your email address in the “Lost password?” field provided. We will send you an email with your new log in details.
How can I edit my personal account details?
After you log-in to your account click on your name at the top right and to go to the Account & Settings section .
How to change my password?
After you log-in to your account click on Account & Settings section. Fill out the required fields and save the changes.
How to opt-out from the newsletter?
After you log-in to your account click on the Account & Settings section. Use the “Receive newsletter” switch to turn the option on or off.
What file format to download for the 3d software I’m using?
Please, refer to Model compatibility chart for more details. In case you need a model in another file format which is not available you can use the Request button in the “Available 3d file formats” table on every product page.
What should I do if I want a refund?

– The problem encountered (including screenshots)
