EULA

By using any Digital Work/3D model (Item) from Zenpolygon (Shiny Pixel Design SRL), you agree that this End User User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding and valid contract and agree to be bound by it. You agree to abide by the intellectual property laws and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, remove any Item and copies from your computer now.

For the purposes of the present License Agreement, the terms and phrases listed below shall have the following meaning:

Shiny Pixel Design a limited liability company, duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the Romanian State, with seat and registered address in Bucharest, S6, Prel. Ghencea, 124D, registered under the Romanian Value Added Tax Act under VAT No RO 43011607. Zenpolygon is a producer of Content within the meaning of the Romanian Copyright and Related Rights Act with respect to the Zenpolygon Content and Software.

Use of the License

Your license to use any of our Items is limited to the number of licenses purchased by you. You shall not allow others to use, copy or evaluate copies of our Items.

General contract terms and conditions

Each file purchased on zenpolygon.com can be used in a commercial or personal project. It can be used both in the presentation of the project or as a visualization in press, television and Internet advertising. The purchased file can not be distributed without the permission of its rightful owner, zenpolygon.com.

Limits

The purchased file may only be used in a single project and for one client. Using of the purchased file with multiple clients or for several projects or interior designs is not permitted.

Not allowed

It is not allowed to share, transfer or otherwise distribute purchased and/or altered items as open files.

Free files

The same license applies to free models which are available for free as to their paid counterparts.
